Her approach is practical, compassionate, and deeply attuned to the layers of human experience — blending scientific understanding with grounded embodiment practices.
Kerina’s focus is on helping people build resilience in their nervous system and develop the capacity to emotionally and energetically self-regulate, so that health and vitality are not temporary peaks but an enduring foundation.
With a growing curiosity for blending ancient wisdom with modern science, her work will continue to expand, weaving a depth of understanding around balance, organ systems, and seasonal living into future offerings.
