Resupplying the goods or services.
Paying for the costs of having the goods or services supplied again.
Payment, Delivery, and Access
Physical Goods: Delivery will be handled by reputable carriers such as Australia Post. Once full payment is received, we will process your order promptly. We are not liable for loss or damage in transit. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
Digital Goods and Course Access: Unless stated otherwise, digital products will be available for download immediately after payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary technology to access our materials.
Returns and Refunds
Soul in Sattva handles returns and refunds in line with Australian Consumer Protection laws. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, loss of interest, or inability to complete a course within a timeframe. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be assessed case-by-case. Refunds will only be granted for defective services or failure to deliver.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Soul in Sattva is a small, practitioner-led business committed to offering individualised care and attention to every client. As a sole practitioner, each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and late changes or cancellations have a significant impact on both the business and other clients who may be waiting for support. We ask that you please read the following booking terms carefully before confirming your appointment:
Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible, so the time can be offered to another client. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your booked appointment — including same-day changes and missed appointments — will incur a $100 cancellation fee.Changes within 24 hours must be submitted via email:
[email protected]. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and will review each case with fairness and compassion. However, these policies are in place to respect both the practitioner's time and the needs of other clients.
Refunds: Refunds for cancelled appointments (where eligible) will incur a $5 processing fee to cover transaction costs.
No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeit and the full fee will apply.
Rescheduling Considerations: If you are unable to attend, we recommend advising us as early as possible so that we can best support both your needs and those of other clients on our waitlist. If illness or emergencies arise, please reach out directly so we can discuss the most appropriate next steps.

Course or Program Duration and Content
